Staying at home can be the best thing to do not only during a community quarantine and a lockdown but also on normal and regular days! 

You just have to be a little cautious though because staying at home can make you so lazy with or without you being able to notice it in months! Well, you can be lazy since you are at home, but make sure not to be too lazy because too much laziness will do you no good!
